بررسی آسیب دز یونساز کل در مدار ارتفاع کم با استفاده از داده‌های دریافت شده از محموله‌های تشعشعی یک میکروماهواره

چکیده
محیط تشعشعی ماموریت‌های فضایی عامل بروز آسیب‌های متنوعی بر مواد و قطعات الکترونیکی استفاده شده در فضاپیماها می‌باشد. این آسیب‌ها تاکنون منشاء بروز خرابی‌های متعدد و حتی از دست رفتن کامل چندین ماموریت‌ فضایی بوده‌اند. براین اساس شناسایی این محیط از حیث توع، انرژی و شار پرتوها بسیار اهمیت داشته و کمک شایانی به طراحان تجهیزات فضایی به منظور جبران یا کاستن اثرات مخرب این محیط پرتویی خواهد داشت. به همین دلیل از سال‌های آغازین ارسال ماهواره به فضا تاکنون استفاده از محموله‌های تشعشعی برای شناسایی این محیط و مدل‌سازی آن ادامه داشته است. این مقاله به تحلیل داده‌های یک میکروماهواره عملیاتی میپردازد که با هدف تثبیت چندین فناوری به فضا پرتاب شده است. محموله اصلی این ماهواره دو عدد دزیمتر برای اندازه‌گیری دز یونساز کل در مدار LEO است. براساس داده‌های دریافتی از ابتدای پرتاب ماهواره تاکنون (به مدت یکسال) مقدار دز یونساز کل در داخل و خارج از ماهواره به ترتیب برابر rad 65 و krad1 بوده است. با انجام شبیه‌سازی، مقدار ضخامت حفاظ معادل با پلتفرم ماهواره برابر 10 میلیمتر آلومینیوم می‌باشد. علاوه بر این داده‌های اخذ شده از ماهواره به خوبی تاثیر دو طوفان خورشیدی از مرتبه G5 را که طی مدت فوق رخ داده‌اند را ثبت و نشان می‌دهد که هر طوفان خورشیدی می‌تواند مقدار دز را برای قطعات نصب شده در بیرون از ماهواره طی چند روز بیش از rad300 افزایش دهد.
