امکانسنجی فنی اتصال مستقیم ماهواره به تجهیزات ارتباطی زمینی و ارائه سرویس در ایران

چکیده
فناوری ارتباط مستقیم ماهواره با تجهیزات ارتباطی زمینی، راهکاری کارآمد برای تکمیل پوشش دهی و امکان دسترسی به ویژه در مناطق خارج از پوشش سیستم های مخابراتی زمینی می باشد. با توجه به اهمیت این فناوری، ارائه سرویس های آزمایشی، توسعه فنی، استانداردسازی و غیره مربوطه به سرعت در حال انجام است. لذا، تحلیل و بررسی ابعاد مختلف آن برای اتخاذ رویکرد مناسب جهت مواجهه با این فناوری در کشور ضرورت می یابد. در این میان شناسایی سیستم های ماهواره ای که قابلیت ارائه این سرویس در محدوده سرزمینی کشور ایران را دارند و امکانسنجی فنی بهره برداری از آن، از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است که در این مقاله بررسی شده است. در این راستا ابتدا هفت سیستم ماهواره ای در نظر گرفته شده و با لحاظ نمودن مشخصات فنی هرکدام از این سیستم ها تحلیل و بررسی جامعی روی بودجه لینک در حالت تک ماهواره برای ارائه دو نوع سرویس (باند باریک و باند پهن)، با ارائه شده است. سپس با مقایسه نتایج عملکردی این 7 ماهواره و بر اساس تحلیل های تکمیلی انجام شده برای شهر تهران، سیستم های ماهواره ای مناسب برای ارائه این نوع سرویس، معرفی و ملاحظات فنی نظیر مقدار کریر به نویز و نیز تاثیرافزایش تعداد ماهواره ها بر افزایش نقاط قابل دسترسی، مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است.
