چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی عملکرد سیستم‌ خنک‌کاری جداره ‌آبی برای محافظت حرارتی دیفیوزر فلزی شبیه‌ساز ارتفاع بالا با ابعاد بزرگ و شار حرارتی بالا در بازه وسیعی از تغییرات فشار کاری سیال خنک‌کننده است. برای این منظور، با استفاده از کد محاسباتی توسعه داده شده، پارامترهای سیستم خنک‌کاری جداره ‌آبی بر اساس توزیع شار حرارتی معین در طول دیفیوزر، طوری انتخاب می‌شوند که علاوه‌بر برآورده‌سازی شرایط دمایی بدنه فلزی، افت فشار کل نیز در بازه مطلوب قرار گیرد. در ادامه، قابلیت کد عددی توسعه یافته برای طراحی و بررسی عملکرد سیستم خنک‌کاری در فشار کاری 3 تا 50 بار و شارهای حرارتی بالا تا 5/3 مگاوات بر مترمربع با محدودیت دبی جرمی مصرفی مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. بررسی‌های حاضر نشان می‌دهد که انتخاب مناسب فشار کاری در طراحی سیستم خنک‌کاری به ویژه، در جذب شار حرارتی بالا اهمیت زیادی دارد و در انتخاب بهینه دبی جرمی مصرفی و ابعاد بهینه سیستم خنک‌کاری موثر است، به طوری‌که افزایش فشار کاری از 3 بار به 10 بار، علاوه بر کاهش قابل توجه ابعاد سیستم خنک‌کاری، باعث کاهش 75 درصدی دبی جرمی مصرفی می‌شود
