چکیده

آلیاژ Ti-6Al-4V یکی از پرکاربردترین مواد در صنایع هوافضا است. به عنوان نمونه، مخزن سوخت حامل‌های ماهواره از جنس آلیاژ مذکور ساخته می‌شوند. در میان فرایندهای ساخت، فرایندهای شکل‌دهی یکی از حوزه‌های پرکاربرد در ساخت قطعات از جنس Ti-6Al-4V است. با توجه به اهمیت تعیین حد مجاز تغییر شکل در طراحی موفق فرایند شکل‌دهی قطعات از جنس آلیاژ Ti-6Al-4V، در این مقاله به مطالعه مقدار آسیب بحرانی پرداخته شد. بدین منظور قطعاتی با هندسه دو مخروطی دارای شیار بر روی قطر بیشینه با دو ریزساختار اولیه هم‌‌محور و لایه‌ای ساخته شدند و تحت آزمون فشار داغ قرار گرفتند. نتایج بررسی‌ نشان داد که ریزساختار اولیه هم‌محور به خوبی تحمل آسیب انباشته را فراهم می‌کند و تا آسیب 38/2، 67/2 و 89/5 به ترتیب بر اساس معیارهای کاک‌کرافت- لاتام، بروزو و مک‌کلینتوک ترکی بر روی قطعات مشاهده نشد. اما در صورتی که نمونه اولیه دارای ریزساختار لایه‌ای باشد، حد تحمل آسیب به مقدار قابل توجهی کاهش می‌یابد و آسیب بحرانی از تطابق نتایج شبیه‌سازی اجزای محدود با آزمون تجربی به ترتیب بر اساس معیارهای کاک‌کرافت- لاتام، بروزو و مک‌کلینتوک برابر 02/0±05/1، 02/0±03/1 و 05/0±56/2 به دست آمد
